Q: What kind of music do you play?
A: We specialize in clean, crowd-friendly music across all genres — hip-hop, R&B, gospel, pop, old school, Afrobeat, country, and more. We tailor the vibe to your event and always keep it respectful, energetic, and fun.

Q: Do you take song requests?
A: Absolutely! We encourage song requests ahead of time and during the event (unless the client prefers a strict playlist). We’ll also honor any songs you’d like us to avoid.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We proudly serve Omaha, Council Bluffs, Lincoln, and surrounding areas. We’re also available for travel outside the metro — a travel fee may apply.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes. Drip Passion Platinum is fully insured with liability coverage. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue upon request.

Q: What’s required to book you?
A: A signed agreement and a $200 deposit secure your date. The balance is due no later than the day of the event. We offer flexible payment options.

Q: What’s included in your packages?
A: Every package includes professional DJ services, a high-quality sound system, and customized playlists. Premium packages may include lights, mics, hosting, ceremony coverage, and more — check our pricing menu for full details.

Q: How early do you arrive for setup?
A: We typically arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before the event to set up and test equipment. For weddings or larger events, we may arrive even earlier to coordinate timing and transitions.

Q: Do you offer bilingual or multicultural DJ services?
A: Yes! We work with diverse crowds and can customize music for different cultures, traditions, and languages as requested.

Q: What if my event runs longer than expected?
A: No problem — we offer additional hours at a flat rate. Just let us know during the event and we’ll make it happen if the schedule allows.
